Is it possible that some people who battle PDD-NOS, also have a bout of ADD?

Both groups have a tendency to be disorganized and usually have a hard time staying on top because its difficult for them to pay attention. Also both groups seem to lack a high esteem because many of them have anxiety issues.



These two disorders have a lot of similarities, so I'm curious if PDD-NOS and ADD run in the same family.Is it possible that some people who battle PDD-NOS, also have a bout of ADD?
Pervasive developmental disorders and ADD are often co-morbid. So yes, it is possible and even likely for someone with PDD-NOS to also have ADD.
