PDD-NOS and the Gluten-free Casin-free diet...please help a desperate mom?

My 2 yr old son was just diagnosed PDD-NOS. We just found this out and I am on numerous wait lists for follow ups with neurologist, psychiatrists, therapist....and every other type of "ist" you can imagine. But in the meantime, I want to start a Gluten-free Casin-free diet immediately. Can anyone recommend any websites that break down the diet and can give me examples of what a typical "breakfast" "lunch" and dinner would be? Basically I want a crash course until I can get through a few books which will probably take me a week or so. I already got the okay from my pediatrician to start the diet, but she told me not to be surprised if I don't see any improvements.

I will be going to Borders tomorrow to pick up whatever books I can find as well. If anyone can recommend any books too, I would greatly appreciate it.PDD-NOS and the Gluten-free Casin-free diet...please help a desperate mom?

Also,if your son has favorite foods that contain wheat, gluten,or casein, check your local Whole Foods or Google "gluten-free _(food name).".There are tons and tons of recipes available. Even our local library in our tiny town has 6 GFCF cookbooks now!
