How can i sue cvs for giving my 8year old son the wrong medicine?

my son is adhd, odd, pdd-nos and is taking tenex for this condition. on nov. 4th cvs filled his script with a diaretic instead of the tenex he should have gotten. we just moved back to the area and i thought the new pills were a new generic of the tenex and thought nothing of it . then on the next refill he recieved the regular generic for tenex so i looked up the name of the med he had been taking 3 times a day for a month and found out that it was not even anything he was supposed to be on. please help me find the way i need to go to make cvs pay for making my son's condition much worseHow can i sue cvs for giving my 8year old son the wrong medicine?
you have no case.

you cant prove your son was taking the wrong medication

plus he was on diuretic pills which caused no harm to him.

if you do follow through in court i hope you loose. =) (so have fun wasting money on an attorney.)How can i sue cvs for giving my 8year old son the wrong medicine?
Get an attorney, let him/her do the work. They know the law better than you or me and that is what their job is, suing people. My daughter worked for a firm that had several attorneys. How can i sue cvs for giving my 8year old son the wrong medicine?
File a lawsuit claim.

Get a lawyer.

Then go kick CVS's butt.

I'm very sorry for your son though.

That's horrible =\
Find a good lawyer, not just any lawyer, and one than specializes in consumer cases like that, and once you tell them the details, if you really have a provable case, they will take it from there
