Am I an autistic savant?

I've been looking at people with this and they all seem different.



I know that I suffer from PDD NOS. I can remember certain times in my life exactly how it was. I can recite the periodic table by memory. and I've written poetry thats been published. Am I one of them?Am I an autistic savant?
It is certainly possible. Autistic savants have pockets of genius, so if you find that there are certain areas where you excel in a way that would be described as "amazing", you would qualify.
have you ever seen Rainman? that is an accurate depiction of a savant. just being intelligent does not make you one they usually are extraordinary at one thing and yet unable to handle simple everyday tasks. in other words a savant would not be likely to write on this board and be asking if they were a savant.Am I an autistic savant?
