My 6 year old son has tingling in hands and feet?

my son (he has a.d.h.d, o.d.d. and p.d.d.-nos) was spending the night at my mom's house last night and my mom noticed he was curling his toes. she asked him why. he told her his feet felt like "stinging metal." she didn't understand so she started asking more about it. she thinks he was trying to describe that his feet are tingling like when they fall asleep. she asked if it happens often. he says it happens every night, and sometime during the day, and that it's not just his feet, it's his hands too. my son does not complain about anything. when he's sick it's just like another day, and never complains about pain, because he has such a high tolerance for it. I'm a little sad he never told me about it, but glad he told someone. my mom asked him if it happens at "grammy and papa's house" (my grandparents that takes him on weekends) he said, yes. then she asked if it happens at home, he said, yes also. so it seems like this has been going on unnoticed by us for a while. i looked on the net about med side effects, and under "pdd-nos boy tingling hands and feet" but came up empty handed. my son takes 15 mg adderall xr, but his developmental pediatricion says it soundn't be his meds causing this, and there is no explanation why it's happening unless he was cutting off circulation to his hands and feet. well, that didn't help me much! it almost sounded like the pedia was saying it was all in his head. but he assured me that was not at all what he was saying. he told me, my son obviously feels this discomfort, but he has no answers to why it's happening. I'm hoping what ever is happening isn't another disorder or worse neurological probs. if anyone out there could give me some feed back i'd appreciate the help. thxMy 6 year old son has tingling in hands and feet?
It could just simply be poor circulation. regular exercise helps improve circulation as well as having certain herbs like ginkgo, cayenne, and ginger in your diet.

Try to get him on a daily workout schedule, which can simply be just walking to the store with him once a day and have him bring kids over from school and work off energy playing in the yard. It's not too hard to get kids active, it comes naturally! My 6 year old son has tingling in hands and feet?
it sounds like his meds are causing this. Maybe the combination or jsut a side effect. Try new doctors until one gives you the answer! They dont know everything, so you have to "shop around".
