I go to a public school and I know many people who aren't rude or at least don't show it. In my opinion every kid in every school can be rude, it isn't necessarily the school kids in private schools are rude. I've had the opportunity to meet both kids from public and private schools. I think private school kids are a bit more rude. They think that they are better than others and they can do whatever they want and get things the way they want. So you can't really say public school kids are rude it just depends on the person. For your other question about how to overcome your PDD NOS, I honestly advise you to just be yourself. If you meet people who like you for you that's great don't change yourself for others.
