It's weekend! And I don't want to sleep it away?

It's weekend and usually I sleep the whole two days and feel bad afterwards. Also my apartment is a mess and I haven't done the laundary since ages.



What should I do this weekend to give me a better feeling afterwards. Let it not be too difficuilt to organize- I am shy and have PDD-NOS.It's weekend! And I don't want to sleep it away?
Do what I do. I give myself Friday night to just hang and do fun things. During this evening I write a list of three things that I want to accomplish. For instance I wrote down finish laundry. I noted that I would do some on Sat and some on Sun. The second thing I listed was cleaning my living room and the third was clean out my car. I make a list and write next to it when I want to do that task.



So Sat and Sun I leisurely do these tasks, taking breaks, not stressin. It works well for me. Because like you I will sleep the weekend away. So I do my stuff during the day, I even sleep in, and then in the evening I break off to watch tv or go hang with friends.It's weekend! And I don't want to sleep it away?

You could hire someone to come in for the day to clean it up for you.
you should find something that you are interested to do, such as exercise, watch a movie, go to shopping mall, watch or play any sports etc. That way you will not sleep it away. You might also want to tell family members to accompany you that helps.
