A GFCF (Gluten Free, Casein Free) diet eliminates intake of the naturally occurring proteins gluten (found naturally wheat, barley, and rye) and casein (found in milk).

You might want to check this website: http://www.gfcfdiet.com.

They have snacks that are GFCF and you may also order a cookbook there. What are GFCF foods ?
It is gluten free, casein free diet. I work with many children on the spectrum, and this diet is very benificial. The diet eliminates gluten (wheat products) and casein (dairy products). There are many places online that sell gluten free products. If you can find a Whole Foods, or Trader Joes grocery store. They sell a lot of gluten free products, such as cereals, waffles, etc. Obviously meat, fruits, and veggies are gluten free. You have to learn what ingredients contain wheat. There are some vinegars for instance that are not gluten free.
