Why are girls my friend one day and back stab me the next even thou I did nothing and don't tell me what i did?

I'm a 17 year old boy with PDD-NOS witch means I have characteristics of Autism and Aspergers but nut exactly autistic, and many times when I make a Friend with girls we get along great but for some reason they try to avoid me and don't say hi anymore. WTF did I do wrong. Can someone plz tell meWhy are girls my friend one day and back stab me the next even thou I did nothing and don't tell me what i did?
you probably said something insulting without knowing you were being insulting... maybe you called one of them fat or something, even if its true, you're not supposed to say it... out loud.
They are jealous of you. Idk girls can just be so mean sometimes. They can think they r so much cooler than everyone else. Just look at it this way. There just making it easier to show u who Ur real friends are. This has happened to me before and I'm a girl except with boys. Talk to u one day and then that's it. Just try not to worry about it, and make it Ur last priority
